A vacation day on the beach was the spark that resulted in the birth of NJE’s Lifestyle section. As I grow and learn more about how I want to live my life, my goal is to encourage others to create the happiest and healthiest version of their lives as well. 

I have recently learned more about sustainable living and have made attempts at being more thoughtful with how I use my resources. Lately, I have made some small changes in my habits in order to support a more environmentally conscious way of living. I firmly believe that making even the smallest changes in our daily lives can have a huge impact on our earth as well as how we feel in our day to day. The Lifestyle blog is dedicated to sharing with you some simple tips and tricks for reducing your carbon footprint and improving your overall lifestyle and wellbeing. 

The blog will feature recipes, activities, personal development strategies, and other wellness based initiatives. My goal is to share what works for me in the hopes that you will learn what works for you too. This Lifestyle feature is meant to be a combination of all things healthy, entertaining, and hopefully inspirational.

Hannah Laudani is a Licensed Certified Social Worker with a background in Clinical Psychology. She is a firm believer that mental and physical health go hand in hand in creating a happy and healthy lifestyle. 

She spends her free time looking for new recipes and sifting through second-hand shops to find used treasures. The concept of personal growth is one of her greatest passions, and she enjoys helping others better themselves.
