It’s not about us. It’s about you.
The Nothing, Just Everything Project is dedicated to telling the stories of really interesting real people.
Not your average About page.
Because The NJE Project is committed to empowering and educating through storytelling, we want to emphasize that this platform is not about us. It’s about you. Your stories are the ones we want NJE readers to focus on, not ours.
Sara J. Noel-de-Tilly,
Founder & Dream Alchemist
Lives for: waking up before the rest of the world, cuddling with her toddler, Cape Cod sunsets, a good thrift store find, making Jayme listen to Willie Nelson’s On The Road Again on road trips
Spends time: writing content for clients, trying to understand Instagram Reels, complaining about not having enough hours in the day to do things like read a magazine or stare at the wall contemplating life
Pretends to: have her sh!t together, understand what her husband is talking about when hockey is on, be fine with living in a different country than her friends
Snacks on: chocolate chip cookies and adult Lunchables (often referred to as charcuterie boards)
Is horrible at: doing her own hair, maintaining a healthy balance between life and work, remembering to switch the laundry
Toxic trait: correcting others’ spelling and grammar without being asked
Can be found: typing away in her gar-office or screaming emo pop punk lyrics from 2008 in her car (but if you’re looking for her on social, you can follow along with her here)

Jayme L. Delvecchio,
Chief Inspiration Officer
Lives for: supporting local coffee shops by spending all her money on oat milk lattes, listening to her frenchie, Goose, make alien noises
Spends time: documenting her entire life, actively ignoring her text messages, recording the ‘Nothing, Just Everything’ podcast with Sara, telling everyone how much she’s obsessed with Rob Bell
Pretends to: have an aesthetically pleasing life while taking photos in one corner of her apartment
Snacks on: hummus
Is horrible at: confrontation - everything is fine, folks
Toxic trait: uses a paper Trader Joe’s bag as a trash can
Embarrassed by: the time she thought it was appropriate for her to participate in a group dance competition in college with no experience. It still haunts her to this day.
Can be found: error 404: cannot be found. Hermit mode is activated + she is scrolling through Instagram for more hours than she’d like to admit - to follow along with her, click here or here.

Lives for: farmer’s markets, a clean kitchen, creating themed gift baskets, redecorating
Spends time: saving the world through ER social work, trying new recipes in the kitchen + laughing at her fiance’s puns
Pretends to: care about the Patriots during football season
Snacks on: anything she’s not allergic to (which makes for slim pickings)
Is horrible at: keeping secrets, not swearing
Toxic trait: thinking she’s talking at a normal volume when she’s actually screaming
Can be found: in the kitchen or shopping at Marshalls
